Individual Psycotherapy & Sex Therapy

Improve your relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and your sexuality.

Most of us aren’t taught how to communicate, trust ourselves, or listen to our bodies.

MAYBE YOU:
  • are struggling with a current relationship or dating and finding a committed partner

  • want to improve your relationship with your body and your sexuality

  • are opening up your relationship and need some individual support

  • Are LGBTQ+, poly/CNM, kinky, or are a sex worker and want to work with someone who understands these identities and relationship models

Whatever challenge you’re facing is a valid reason to seek support.

Therapy can help you understand yourself, your relationships, and how your previous experiences and desires shape your current experiences.

Through reflection, conversation, and increased self awareness, you’ll identify what’s contributing to stuck points and what leads to successes, and we’ll develop tools together so you can get better at managing the things you find most challenging.

Working together can help you:
  • Find meaning/purpose

  • Manage anxiety & depression

  • Have healthy relationships with family, friends, and partners

  • Have a more satisfying sex life

  • Improve communication

  • Learn to trust yourself

  • Process sexual and other kinds of trauma

Our goal is for therapy to leave you feeling confident, grounded, and connected to yourself.

We hope you’ll feel ready to approach your life with a new perspective.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER:

01

Before we begin, we’ll have a consultation to see if this feels like a fit. It’s important that the relationship with your therapist feels safe and natural, like someone you want to be talking to.

02

At the start, you and your therapist will work on building a rapport through conversations about why you came to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what you’re anxious about. We’ll explore your history and experiences, and both of us will build an understanding of why we’re here and who you are in this moment.

03

At the end, we will discuss where you were at the start and the ways you’ve grown. We’ll talk about what has surprised you, what has worked, and what hasn’t. We’ll reflect on how you want to utilize the work you’ve done and what growth you’re still hoping for.

  • To work with Jillien:

I charge $200 for individuals, $250 for couples, and $50 for each additional person in a poly relationship.

I do offer sliding scale for sessions before 5pm. My sliding scale spots are currently full, and I can put you on a waitlist, but I’m unable to give a timeline for when a spot might be available.

To work with a member of the team:

Staff therapists set their fees themselves and are happy to discuss rates with potential clients via phone or video call

The Interns charge $100 full fee for individuals and $125 for couples, with an extra $25 for each additional partner.

They also offer sliding scale and are happy to discuss sliding scale further upon request.
